If the "download" button doesn't directly work in your browser - Right Click on the "download" button, from the pop-up menu select "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Firefox). In the "Save As" dialogue box choose where in your computer to save the audio file, then click "Save". Open the file with an audio program on your computer by double-clicking it once the download is complete.
For Mac
Hold down the CTRL key then click on the "download" button. Choose the "Save Link As" link when the dialogue box appears to download the mp3 to your desktop. When download is complete you can open the file and play the mp3 in whatever audio program is on your computer.
